i recently bought the game (today), i went on official site and it sed on the inside cover, so i checked and

plz can someone specify were it is. thnx

In the CD Case. When you open the case on the inside bottom of the paper insert is a silver box that you need to scratch off to get the key.

I've heard of a case or two where the cd didnt have the key. One person scratched the scratch away area and there was nothing to reveal. If you have looked very closely and still do not find the scratch away area, or the key under it, then take the item and box back to the retailer for an exchange.
